Touchstone: Experience a Colors In Motion moment:
Boston Cyberarts' "Art on the Marquee" is "art for the people," prominently positioned outside the Boston Convention and Entertainment Center (BCEC) in the city's waterfront renewal area. The 80' tower invites one and all to experience works of great contemporary artists as a part of the city's cultural innovation initiative.

Colors In Motion, working with the BCEC last summer, exhibited a 12' x 160' digital canvas, its moving luminous colors suffusing the lobby and beyond, into the surrounding neighborhood.

Inspired by these technological innovations, Linda DeHart painted a series of abstract watercolors specifically for such spaces. Artfully sequenced, these works provide an intriguing video "canvas" for dancer Meg Brooker's graceful gestures. Meg's movements, combined with the flow of Linda's artwork, inspired our creative team to celebrate the grace and beauty of the human form in nature.

The visuals subtly emerge from a "sound foundation," an excerpt of Melting from "Be Your Own Light," by Expressive Artist Chinling Hsu. Chinling weaves her extraordinary voice and the resonance of crystal bowls into her transpersonal sound healing work. Creative and inventive, she presents workshops in sound healing in Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and the United States. Chinling is certified in expressive arts consulting and education by the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), and the European Graduate School in Saas Fae, Switzerland.
