Touchstone: Experience a Colors In Motion moment

Thomas Hubl, modern mystic and spiritual teacher, says, "If my life is very intense and busy, then I need to balance those stressful moments with phases of relaxation, regeneration - to give my body, emotions, and mind a rest. Inner space is something we can practice in order to better handle complexity." Colors In Motion can help us transition into our inner space, offering an audio visual pathway to centered calm.

This Touchstone, Centered Calm, provides an opportunity for deep meditation and balance in its simplicity; visuals and sounds, subtle and beautiful.

With her ever-inventive way of seeing, Linda DeHart has discovered yet another unique imagery, "Buttermilk Paintings on Glass." Camera in hand, Linda manipulates gravity-induced rivulets of buttermilk on the reflective and transparent glass, capturing the dance of color, light and texture.
Joan Caplan and her Bowls
The resonance of Joan Caplan's singing crystal bowls complements the visual imagery, uniting pure, clear reverberations of sight and sound throughout our senses. Responding to her own inner resonance, she engages in conversation with the crystal bowls, awakening deep serenity, carrying us into centered calm. This music comes from Joan’s CD, "Journey to Serenity", which will be available April 1 for $20 plus shipping. You may email her directly to place an order.

Christopher Graefe, inspired by the rhythms of both artist and musician, aligns pathways of synchronicity, blending the two mediums. Centered calm emerges as his conscious awareness unites the two art forms into moving serenity.
